Pick the week, fill in the details, and (from Week 2) drop in the Chambers RMT report and the referee sheet. The tool builds the client email, any referee template to attach, and a colour-coded report. Nothing is saved, nothing leaves this page.
The tool reads Status (K), Status reason (L) and Recommended action (M) together and assigns one of six statuses. It checks the rules top to bottom and takes the first match. The keywords below are editable — comma-separate them and match on any part of K, L or M. Refine them as you see Chambers' real wording. Anything matching none of the rules is flagged "unclassified" rather than guessed. Contacted, No reply, Pending and the three yellow statuses all count inside the percentages; only their labelling and colour differ.
Week 1 doesn't need these files. Weeks 2 onwards use both to build the response table and rate.
